Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
1. The controller of your personal data is the Warsaw University of Technology at Pl. Politechniki 1, 00-661 Warsaw (Poland), represented by its Rector.
2. The data controller has designated a Data Protection Officer to ensure the correctness of data processing. You may contact the Data Protection Officer by email at iod@pw.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the organisation and servicing of the XX Technical Dam Control International Conference 2023. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be your consent to the processing thereof. Disclosure of your data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose for which they are collected.
4. You have the right of access to your personal data as well as the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing thereof and to object to processing thereof.
5. Access to your personal data may be provided to companies entrusted by the Warsaw University of Technology with services involving data processing. Your personal data will be deleted within 24 months after the end of the conference unless you give consent to receive information about events organised by the Warsaw University of Technology.
6. If you give consent to receive information about events organised by the Warsaw University of Technology, you may withdraw your consent at any time, which shall not affect the lawfulness of processing.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
